ED SMITH - LEAD GUITAR / VOCALS

30 magnificent years old!  Hailing from the traditional English historical City of Milton Keynes!  Played the guitar for 18 years and have played in some weird and wonderful bands, notably Emirez (a made up name which means nothing we were a great punk band though), Max Fiasco (again a punk/rock band) & Top Banana, who are still going strong.  Huge alternative fan, often caught listening to Nirvana, Peal Jam, Ozric Tentacles and Smashing Pumpkins to name a few.  Oh, and a bit of Johnny Cash!  Gigged lots in the 90's notching up some key venues such as the The Pitz (famed for Neds Atomic Dustbin, Lawn Mower Death and Therapy?!!) and the Esquires club (Oasis and a few other chaps!).

Been sidecar racing for nearly 10 years, on and off!  More off than on!!  Which is how I came to be in the line up that is known as THE SHOCKS!
